Your home deserves
a thoughtful approach.
Arvo Construction is built around a simple idea: homeowners should understand the work being recommended and the reasons behind it.
Illustrative homeBuilt on a lifetime around construction.
Grounded in hands-on experience.
Construction has been part of Liko Carvalho’s life for as long as he can remember. Growing up in a family of builders, carpenters, tradesmen, architects, and project managers, he was introduced early to the work, discipline, and responsibility that go into building something well.
That foundation eventually became hands-on experience of his own. Liko has worked on construction projects ranging from residential work to multi-million-dollar federal contracts, including serving as a foreman on multiple federal projects. His roofing experience includes installing asphalt shingles, standing seam metal, and torch-down roofing systems.
After moving to Utah, Liko transitioned from installation and field work into the operational side of residential roofing. His experience expanded across production coordination, sales support, inspections, documentation, and evaluating repair options. That combination of field and operational experience now shapes how Arvo approaches every project: understand the conditions, communicate clearly, plan the work carefully, and do it right.
Arvo Construction was built to bring that experience together under one standard, thoughtful work, clear communication, and respect for the home and the people who live in it.
