Information you choose to share
When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, property location, and details about your project. We use these details to respond, assess service availability, and discuss the work you request.
How we communicate about your inquiry
When you send an inquiry and provide your phone number or email address, Arvo Construction may use the contact details you supplied to call or email you about that inquiry and any services you request. This can include answering your questions, scheduling inspections or appointments, preparing estimates, coordinating project updates, and discussing invoices or payments related to your project. We do not use information submitted through our inquiry form for promotional marketing, and we do not sell customer contact information.
Phone calls and emails about your request are separate from text messaging. Providing your phone number does not, by itself, sign you up for SMS. Service-related text messages through our website messaging program require the separate, optional consent checkbox on the request form. You may submit a request without checking that box.
Email and website requests
When you submit the request form, your details are sent directly from this website to Arvo through our hosting provider’s form handling service, which processes the submission on Arvo’s behalf. You can also email us at any time.
Website operation
Website hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and maintain security. This version does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.
Text messaging and mobile information
If you check the optional text message consent box on our request form, we use your phone number to send messages related to your inquiry, appointments, estimates, and project updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for assistance. Use and access
Inquiry information is used for responding to your request and related project communication. Do not submit payment information, identification documents, or other sensitive records through this website.
